By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from us about ECO™ launch, updates, and related information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice or liability.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
Using automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access our Services
Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our Services
Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code

9.4 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ECO™'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ECO™ IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ECO™ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
